Kim and Palmer Clarkson, who own Rosemary, are opening up their beloved property for you and 9 guests (or your family) to spend an afternoon fishing for bass or bream in their well-stocked lake.

After many memories are made, you and your guests will also enjoy a bit of relaxation and dinner at the Camp house on the lake. A gourmet dinner will be served, and you will enjoy sitting and relaxing on the porch or around the fire pit as the sun sets. The perfect end to a perfect afternoon!

Enjoy a private airboat tour for two guests. You will get to see Lake Iamonia and all the beautiful wildlife it has to offer. As an added bonus, you will see Tall Timbers from a lake view! It's not just an airboat tour, it's an experience!

Tall Timbers Butterfly Excursion

A butterfly excursion for up to eight people with Tall Timbers Biologist, Dave McElveen, a local expert and a research associate in the Stoddard Bird Lab at Tall Timbers. This excursion will last up to 4 hours and you will see and learn about the butterflies of the Red Hills at Tall Timbers or on YOUR property. This outing would be perfect for adults and children alike!

Tall Timbers Youth Guided Birding Trip with Dr. Kate Richardson

Enjoy a morning birding trip held at Tall Timbers property guided by Dr. Kate Richardson from the Tall Timbers Stoddard Bird Lab. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a fine winter/spring morning, while learning how to identify the many birds that fire-maintained pinewoods support. The trip will also feature tools used for songbird research conducted by the Stoddard Bird Lab - including views of the colorful sparrows that use our pinelands. This trip is designed for up to 10 guests and includes refreshments. The excursion will run for 2-3 hours but the memories will last forever.

Excursion limited to properties within 150-mile radius of Tall Timbers.

Tall Timbers Game Bird Experience for Four

You and three guests will get to join Michael Hazelbaker, the Game Bird Research Biologist, and the rest of the game bird team here at Tall Timbers for the experience of your choosing. The winning bidder will have their choice of either a quail brood capture or adult quail trapping. This will be a unique opportunity to get hands on field experience. During a brood capture, you will get a close up of the ins and outs, including catching quail chicks and then banding, weighing and measuring their wing span! During an adult quail trapping, you will get to handle quail which includes sexing, aging, banding, and attaching radio transmitters. This will contribute to research that began in 1970! Both of these experiences give a new perspective into the work that goes into researching the bobwhite quail and tracking their journey through the Red Hills!

For the true bourbon lover, this is a rare chance to go home with a barrel that's entirely your own. Bring yourself and up to four other couples to the banks of the Mississippi River in Columbus, Kentucky, home of The Ingram Distillery and the original floating barrelhouses.

In the 1800s, distillers shipped their bourbon by river to reach new markets, and they discovered something along the way: the time barrels spent on the water made the whiskey better. The Ingram family has worked the river for five generations, and founder Hank Ingram put that knowledge to work. He ages his barrels completely on floating barrelhouses, where the river's microclimate and its dramatic rise and fall create a complexity and character that no traditional rickhouse can match.

Your visit begins with a guided tour of the distillery and barge barrelhouse, followed by a tasting of five unique O.H. Ingram River Aged Bourbon samples pulled straight from the barrel. Your favorite barrel will then be bottled at cask strength and will be yours to take home.
