- Winner must contact Roclord Studio by: December 15, 2025 and complete photo session by: February 15, 2026

- No business or "headshots"
- No-show to any scheduled appointment voids this certificate.
- 72 hours cancellation policy
- Must meet in studio and select your gift photo within 14 days of Photo Session or Gift Certificate becomes void.
- Must attend all Three (3) scheduled appointments
- If you comply with the time restrictions there is no obligation to purchase anything beyond the value of the gift certificate. We will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule. If there is an excessive delay in returning to view the photos, at our discretion, we will honor the free photo only with a minimum purchase.
