Prepared by Chef Davie Cichanowicz of Barrow Food House, Program Directors Chef David Menjivar, Chef Tess Wonderling, and Chef Ethan Crook, and the students of CAST's North Fork Culinary Program.

*All proceeds raised will benefit CAST's North Fork Culinary Program, a 12-week restaurant/hospitality workforce development course currently in its 7th year. This annual program provides essential job readiness and skills needed to work in a professional kitchen and restaurant for both adult and youth participants.

About Chef Davie Cichanowicz:
Chef Davie Cichanowicz studied Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship at Johnson & Wales University, where he developed a strong foundation in both culinary arts and business operations. He has played an integral role in helping open and establish Barrow Food House in Aquebogue, where he continues to bring creativity, passion, and dedication to his work in the kitchen.
