Item Donation Form

We welcome donations of items that would help make the auction at the CAB Golf Classic a big hit! Successful items donated in the past have included:

  • Vacation homes or destinations
  • Suites or tickets to sporting events, concerts, shows
  • Autographed Sports Memorabilia
  • Gift certificates for restaurants, retail, spa
  • Services for Special Experiences - Dinner with Friends at your home prepared by a professional chef, Cooking Class, Professional Golf Lessons, Family Photo Session, etc.
