Pick-up or Delivery:

For items not picked up at the event by the end of the night on Thursday, May 28, 2026, a $100 shipping fee will be automatically charged to the card on file, unless prior arrangements for pick-up or delivery have been made & confirmed with the Event Manager or Auction Fulfillment Coordinator. It is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to collect their item(s) before departure, even if the donor must leave early. The shipping fee covers the cost of returning the items to the Foundation office and shipping them to the winner. Shipping is insured, and a tracking number will be provided.
