Community Health Impact Events, including State of Health Care Regional Forums, are free to attendees and not fundraising activities. Attendees will not be solicited through their participation in the event.
Donor approves the payments of any charitable donations and/or purchases to Salem Health Foundation in the amount set forth therein. For more information about these terms and conditions contact foundations@salemhealth.org
