As HPD's Chief Sustainability Officer, Ms. Leone leads climate policy and develops strict climate standards for the city's affordable housing stock, and is responsible for over $200 million in solar and other climate programs. She holds degrees in architecture and sustainability from City College, Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania.
