There's no single artist in this colony because Madagascar Hissing Roaches live in giant colonies. They earned their name by the hissing noise they make when they feel threatened, to send an alarm to other members of their colonies, or when males are fighting. 99% of all cockroach species aren't household pests.

On Ruffed Lemur Island, you can usually spot a couple of the ruffed lemurs basking on the edge of their island, catching some rays, or hanging out in the trees. These inquisitive individuals were more than happy to lend a helping hand and create a unique work of art. Black-and-white ruffed and red ruffed lemurs are native to only Madagascar and are critically endangered.
