EXPO HALL REGISTRATION
 

Thank you for joining us at the 2026 Central Florida Homeless Education Summit EXPO Hall on June 4, 2026, at Windermere High School.  The EXPO Hall will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. on the day of the event.  Set-up will begin at 7:45 a.m. for all exhibitors.  

We invite you to attend our opening and closing sessions when the EXPO Hall is not open.  

Registering as an EXPO Hall Vendor, you will receive the following:

  • One 6-foot table
  • 2 chairs
  • Admission for 2 people to attend The Summit when not manning the EXPO Hall table
  • Lunch for up to 2 people
     

We recommend that all exhibitors bring their own tablecloth.  Electricity will not be available at tables, so we recommend that all exhibitors bring their information in physical format.  Wifi will be available, but can often be spotty or hard to connect to if you are not an OCPS employee.

To register as an EXPO Hall Vendor, please "purchase" up to two attendee tickets below.  When completing the purchase, utilize the discount code SPONSOR26.  Please also select one EXPO Hall Registration below.  Your total should be $250 before any transaction fees.

If you would like to purchase any additional attendee tickets, please make a separate purchase from the home page after completing your EXPO Hall Registration.
