GREEN AND GOLD GALA | WAYS TO HELP
I. JOIN THE PLANNING COMMITTEE
We are currently operating with a very small team and need your expertise to make this year's Gala a success. We are looking for volunteers to fill the following roles:
- Sponsorship & Outreach: Help us secure corporate and local business partners.
- Item Procurement: Connect with businesses for auction and raffle donations.
- Website & Tech Support: Assist with the online gala platform and setup.
- Ticket Sales: Help manage in-person sales opportunities at school.
II. CLASSROOM TICKET ADVOCATES
We need energetic volunteers to help drive ticket sales for each grade. Please reach out to our Gala Chair at greengoldgala@stpaddys.org to help! We would love to see 30+ attendees per grade at our Gala to ensure our community comes together to mingle and celebrate.
Student Reward: The classroom with the most tickets sold will win a Pizza Party.
Parent Reward: Attending parents from the winning classroom will receive a special gift on the evening of the Gala.
III. ITEM DONATIONS
If you have an item or a basket that you are inspired to gift - please reach out to us! If you would like to help us procure items and experiences for our silent and live auctions…we can use the help! Reach out and we will get you set up to help and earn some PPP hours.
