This private experience for six is more than dinner. Chef Lewis will create a custom, multi-course wild game tasting menu, thoughtfully designed around the season, the ingredients, and your guests. Chef Lance Lewis brings together his Louisiana roots, professional culinary training, and deep expertise in wild game and live-fire cooking to create dining experiences that are anything but ordinary.

A graduate of Denver's Cook Street Culinary Arts, Lance built Tagged Out Kitchen around a simple idea:
