This private experience for six is more than dinner. Chef Lewis will create a custom, multi-course wild game tasting menu, thoughtfully designed around the season, the ingredients, and your guests. From elevated preparations and live-fire techniques to unexpected flavors, each course tells a story.

Throughout the evening, Lance brings guests into the experience - sharing the inspiration behind each dish, his expertise in wild game, and the techniques that transform ingredients from the field into an extraordinary culinary experience.

The evening is complemented by three premium bottles of wine from Passalacqua Winery in Healdsburg, California, thoughtfully selected to pair with the menu.

Meet Chef Lance Lewis

Chef Lance Lewis brings together his Louisiana roots, professional culinary training, and deep expertise in wild game and live-fire cooking to create dining experiences that are anything but ordinary.

A graduate of Denver's Cook Street Culinary Arts, Lance built Tagged Out Kitchen around a simple idea:
