Join us in honoring Martha Morales as we celebrate 25 years of transforming lives through full-ride hospitality scholarships.

Together, we honor our students and alumni, recognize the donors whose generosity makes it all possible, and look ahead to the future we continue to build together.

To support the Future Leaders of Hospitality Program, HCF hosts an annual dine-around each fall that has quickly become one of the most anticipated events on Las Vegas' social calendar. M.E.N.U.S. is held at one of the city's premier resorts and features elevated dining stations with gourmet bites from some of Las Vegas' finest restaurants, complemented by premium beverages and spirits. Guests also enjoy live entertainment, a silent auction, and more.

HCF students take on key roles in executing the event, gaining meaningful hands-on experience while enjoying a rare opportunity to connect with some of the most influential leaders in the hospitality industry.
