ITEM RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

Vacation will consist of one stay in an Exclusive Resorts residence in an eligible destination for an individual (23 years of age or older) and his/her guests. Vacation is not transferable and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Exclusive Resorts occupancy agreement, including, without limitation, maximum occupancy restrictions.

Travel must occur within 18 months of the event and will be forfeited if not completed by that date. Eligible destinations are subject to change. Reservations for specific dates, residences, and destinations are subject to availability. Additional nights may be available. Blackout dates apply (including but not limited to the seven-day periods surrounding holiday weeks designated by the club).

Air and ground transportation to and from the destination, and all other expenses, including but not limited to meals and drinks, phone calls, government fees, transfers, insurance, any taxes, and optional activities such as golf or spa treatments, are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

The winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts club property, with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, which are permitted subject to the club's pet and animal policy.

ITEM RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

The aircraft is owned and operated by the nonprofit Aerial Angels. Scheduling will be coordinated with the winning bidder for a mutually agreeable date during the 2026-2027 season. Must be used within 12 months of May 1, 2026. Jet training experience is available only to appropriately licensed and medically qualified pilots, and is subject to safety, regulatory, and insurance requirements. Final flight participation is at the discretion of the operator and instructor.

The flight is for one person. They may bring up to three people to join them. The private lunch with the Pink Jet team is for all four guests.

Los Angeles Police Department Fly-Along Experience

Fly with the flight crew of an LAPD helicopter as they patrol the busy streets and skies of the city of Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department's airborne law enforcement program began with one helicopter in 1956. Today, the Air Support Division (ASD) is the largest municipal airborne law enforcement operation in the world and boasts the nation's largest rooftop heliport.

During this two-and-a-half-hour ride-along, you and your guest will sit comfortably in the back seat of a jet-powered LAPD helicopter as it responds to calls for air support from police officers on the ground. Once completed, you and your guest will be given exclusive access to tour the LAPD offices and headquarters.

Here's your chance to join Sean and experience the power of flight - changing lives! Become a student for a day at the Bob Hoover Academy and witness the bold and brave approach of S.T.E.M. education for teens that will encourage and grow the next generation of aviators and volunteer pilots. Join Sean and his world-class academy instructors for flight sessions in multiple aircraft. You also have the option to customize your training across three days. Receive training in a full-motion Redbird FMX flight simulator and ground school, utilizing the AOPA curriculum. This flying experience is located in the Monterey Bay Area. You will join Sean in a WWII AT-6 advanced fighter trainer, Extra 300, and Pitts S-2B.

After a day of class, enjoy a round of golf with Sean at a course in the Monterey area.
