Slow down and settle in with a gentle, grounding yin yoga practice. Yin focuses on long-held, supported stretches that nourish your connective tissues while improving flexibility and mobility. It's a quiet, accessible practice suitable for nearly all body types and experience levels.
Lynn Shepherd, 500-hour RYT, will guide you through a 75-minute yin session, followed by a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation.
After practice, stay and enjoy fun mocktails, light snacks, and connection in a beautiful outdoor setting in Black Forest (weather permitting).
This is a family-friendly event, though participants should be able to remain relatively still and quiet during the practice (recommended for ages 10+).
The event will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM. In the event of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled for a later date in the summer.
