2021 Faust Cabernet Sauvignon

Delicate violet notes lift the dark fruit on the nose-black currant and briary blackberry-layered with pungent forest botanicals, leafy tobacco, graphite, and toasted spice. 2022 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc

With a slightly higher percentage of Napa Valley fruit than recent vintages, the 2022 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc showcases the richness, depth and tropical notes of the warmer growing region. This rich, round texture is balanced by freshness, floral- and citrus-driven aromas from the Russian River Valley where both the Healdsburg Estate and Merino Vineyards are located. Notes of white peach, pomelo and almond blossom give way to a lively core of freshness and energy with a hint of structural framing on a long finish.

Miraval Rose Cotes de Provence

Very elegant, the nose reveals a superb, intense and delicate aromatic bouquet, mixing notes of hibiscus and amaryllis, with a gourmet nature offering delicious aromas of vine peaches. The sophistication continues on the palate with a beautiful tension, an ample, fleshy, silky texture, a very nice balance, and gourmet aromas of crunchy fruit combined with the minerality of saline and limestone notes. The finish is outstanding, full of length.

Pale gold with a very fine bead; flowery, delicately toasty aroma with fruit and complexity; creamy, beautifully balanced with a dry harmonious finish.

Aging: The still wines are fermented in stainless steel. Each final blend contains a minimum of two vintages with the youngest components being a minimum of three years old.
