Brendan will guide up to two people on his bass boat to a fishing spot of your desire. Fishing locations could include anywhere the fish are biting from Erie, PA to the Lake Erie Islands, or an inland lake or river depending on the time of year and target species. Guided trip can be arranged any day of the week to accommodate schedules. All gear will be provided, including a full lunch and beverages.

These al fresco dining experiences take place at Spice Acres and other scenic locations across Northeast Ohio. Each evening is designed as a full sensory immersion - guests are welcomed into the landscape itself, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and flavors of the season. The evening begins with a signature beverage and seasonally inspired hors d'oeuvres, followed by a multi-course, wine-paired dinner that showcases the region's most vibrant ingredients. When weather allows, dinners unfold under open skies; when it doesn't, guests gather in beautifully transformed indoor spaces that echo the natural world outside.
