My name is Ashley Gonzalez, and I'm a South Florida real estate professional who believes success is measured not only by what we accomplish, but by how we give back to our community. Throughout my life, I've had close family friends raising children with disabilities, and seeing their journey firsthand has given me a deep appreciation for both the challenges they face and the incredible strengths their children possess. I know how much love, patience, and advocacy it takes to help these young adults thrive, which is why the mission of The de Moya Foundation resonates so deeply with me. Every individual deserves the opportunity to find meaningful employment, build independence, and feel a true sense of belonging.

I'm honored to serve on the Host Committee for this fashion show and help raise funds that create opportunities for young adults with developmental disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives. Supporting this cause is my way of helping build a more inclusive community where everyone has the chance to reach their fullest potential.
