Born in Agen, raised in Lunaville, and shaped in Paris, Pierre brings a multi regional perspective of French cuisine to every dish he creates. He has spent nearly two decades refining his craft across some of the most respected kitchens in the world.
He served as Chef de Cuisine at Frevo in New York City, where he led the restaurant to earn a Michelin star and built a reputation for thoughtful, modern fine dining.
His training includes working under Alain Ducasse, along with time at globally renowned restaurants such as Le Meurice and Plaza Athenee, both three Michelin star institutions. His career in France also spans Michelin starred kitchens including Hotel de Crillon, Lucas Carton, and Restaurant Rech, where he refined his approach to ingredient driven, highly intentional cooking.
