To play, our volunteers will write down your name and mobile number and you will receive half of a playing card and we will keep the other half. During lunch, before our winner's bracket begins, our Emcee will draw 1 winning card and if your card matches exactly (Ex. Red King of Hearts), you win!

This June, Cottonwood's Changemaker Program has the opportunity to participate in a 5-day backpacking excursion to explore Colorado.

We are looking for superstar donors to help fund this trip. $5,000 helps cover the cost of food, gear, transportation, and guided adventures.

$2,500 can help fund students from Casa de la Esperanza attend our Familias Unidas en la Naturaleza (FUN) program this summer.

FUN is an intergenerational program to inspire youth and their families with the tools and resources to connect with nature through outdoor recreation.

Starting with a backyard camp out at the Casa community center in Longmont, followed by day programming to learn essential camping skills, and culminating with a two youth-led local camping trips for students and their families, FUN will include a series of scaffolded outdoor experiences to promote positive connection through community and skill-building.

$1,000 can help support students from Denver Martin Luther King Jr. Early College in Denver attend our Explore Outside program this summer.

Explore Outside is a fun and engaging program that helps break down barriers to the outdoors as students build confidence and connection, learn camping skills, and participate in team building activities. This program culminates with a field day or an overnight camping trip.

$500 can help support public school students at AXL Academy in Aurora, CO become leaders and problem solvers in their community through our CAP Program.

CAP is our award-winning elective class offered during the school day for academic credit. During CAP, students meet in class 3-5 days per week, challenge themselves on hikes and overnight camping trips, and explore inspiring solutions to local environmental issues.

Everyone knows one of the most essential parts of a camping trip (especially your first camping trip!) is having an ooey gooey delicious s'more.

Take that graham cracker, Hershey's chocolate, and 2 golden marshmallows and multiply that by 25 kiddos per program x 10 programs and that's a lot of s'mores! Help us create the s'mores of our students dreams and donate today!

$100 can help support our Action Project Fund. As a part of CAP class, we strive for students to feel inspired to create change in their local communities. Each class implements a student-directed Action Project to positively address their issue.

CAP students have tackled wildfire mitigation projects, organized bike to school days, completed organic gardening and composting projects, created projects to help save native bees and pollinators, and more!

These projects often take added time and resources for our students to complete. Donate today to ensure that all of our classes have the resources they need.

$50 can help pay for the transportation costs to send 1 student on an overnight camping trip.

Transportation is a big barrier for providing equitable access to the outdoors, which Cottonwood actively breaks down for our students.
