Sporting Clays at Lakota Ranch:
Ladies and Clays invites you and three friends to their shotgun range to enjoy an afternoon of shooting sporting clays from a private 5-stand course in the beautiful Virginia countryside. This offer is intended for the shotgun enthusiast who likes to break clay targets!

Lakota Ranch is located approximately 1.5 hours from Washington, DC on a 700-acre cattle ranch with a farm store. This certificate entitles the bearer to up to three hours or 100 rounds per person of sporting clay shooting. Two individuals representing Ladies and Clays will be present for range control and safety. Light snacks (no alcoholic beverages permitted) will be provided.

Participants must provide their own guns (12 or 20 gauge preferable), ammunition, and eye and ear protection. Please dress suitable to weather conditions. This is NOT an instructional event and is NOT recommended for those under age 15. Clay targets will be provided by Ladies and Clays. A liability waiver must be signed by all participants prior to the shoot. All participants will receive a safety briefing and must adhere to range rules. My love of observing nature began early, shaped by walks on the beach with my mother, who encouraged me to notice the tide pools, shells, and water around me. Those moments taught me to see the extraordinary within the ordinary and first awakened my appreciation for the true beauty of nature. I also began playing with art as a child, drawing with my sisters in the early 1970s, often while listening to Cat Stevens, Jonathan Edwards, and The Moody Blues.
