This week-long program for incoming seniors takes place each August at an area college. Students learn effective leadership strategies from alumni and faculty, who speak about their own experiences as leaders in the community. Through team-building activities, service projects, and prayer, these young men learn about themselves and strengthen the bonds they share with their Prep brothers.
