Adaptiv will meet with you in person at your home or site to review the existing conditions and scan the existing layout. We will produce an existing home model from the scans and a set of floor plans so we can develop design options in coordination with your project. If the project uses a new site with no existing building, we will use your existing plot plans and review the overall site approach.

We will then meet with you to review the project objectives and goals and develop one schematic level option for implementing the work. This would include a schematic set of floor plans and a site plan.

Please note this does not include a full set of Permit Level drawings, this set is specifically for developing the initial project approach and for pricing to determine phasing.
