This year's Fund the Need will support our teachers - those who instill their own passion for learning into our students. Investing in professional development opportunities helps our teachers stay up to date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and best practices, which, in turn, leads to improved teaching quality and the best possible learning experience in the classroom. Teachers who feel invested in and supported experience career growth and advancement, as well as higher job satisfaction and retention.

With 100+ full-time faculty members at Heathwood, the impact of high-quality professional development is exponential! Here's how you can help:

• $50 purchases individual books and materials
• $75 covers the costs of visits to sister schools
• $100 sponsors an in-town conference fee
• $200 provides an online Master Class focused on Education
• $500 funds for Continuing Education Classes
• $1,000 - $2,500 covers national conference fees and travel
• $5,000 sponsors on-campus speakers
• $10,000 adopts a school-wide faculty curriculum and materials
