TEL HI is a lifeline for hundreds of older adults across the Bay Area, providing connection, care, and community in a city where aging can often mean isolation. Your gift can help support:

• Over 300 seniors who rely on TEL HI for healthy meals, companionship, and the opportunity to stay active-physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  

• Exercise and technology classes to health screenings and social activities, TEL HI provides free or low-cost services that support seniors' independence and well-being.
  

• Aging adults thrive, not just survive, by ensuring they have access to nutritious food, essential programs, and a welcoming place to belong.
