Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 A. Rafanelli Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. The Rafanelli family is now in its fourth generation of growing grapes and making wine in the Dry Creek Valley and is still family owned and operated. That means production is limited, and their focus has always been quality not quantity! The winery consistently makes among the finest Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon in Sonoma County!
Donated by original owner and cellar stored
One magnum of Dry Creek Vineyard's 2010 Wine for Sailors' Cuvee Red Wine.
Dry Creek Vineyards is one of the last truly private, family-owned, iconic wineries of Sonoma County consistently producing 90+ point wines. "Sailing is a part of our DNA at Dry Creek Vineyard. We have been avid sailors for over 50 years, literally growing up around the waters of the East Coast and San Francisco Bay. Our passion for wine and sailing is forever connected. Over the past three decades, we have sponsored numerous regattas, teams and yacht clubs."
From Vivino: "This unique blend carries an uncommon depth and richness with toasted blueberry elements from the Cabernet Franc shining through."
A rare find: 1997 Chateau Ste Michelle 3L Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. A good year for cabs and a great bottle to share with lots of friends!
Produced from the Dry Creek Valley, CA creating sumptuous fruit-forward Zinfandels aged in French oak barrels:
A very special 1992 vintage from the Drouhin Family of France who specialize in Pinot. They purchased a plot of land in the Willamette Valley to grow their grapes in 1987 - this is the first vintage for consumption.
