Matt Bissonnette, SEAL Team Six Operator and Bestselling Author

Matt Bissonnette is a former SEAL Team Six operator who played major roles in some of the most high-stakes missions of our time, including the 2009 rescue of Captain Richard Phillips and the 2011 raid that killed Osama bin Laden. He is the bestselling author of No Easy Day and also served as a producer for the television series SEAL Team, helping shape its authenticity throughout its run.

After more than a decade of anonymity, Matt recently revealed his identity on The Shawn Ryan Show in a powerful and widely shared interview. Our Iowa gala will be one of his first public speaking appearances since stepping back into the spotlight.
