Flowers
$20Purchase an 8" multi colored potted Zinnia flower and we will add a personalized laminated card with your child/children's name(s).
These flowers will decorate the HEAL Garden on June 27th for the Walk to Remember.
Flowers can then be taken home from the walk and bring a sweet memory of joy to your home throughout this flowering season.

If no names are submitted for recognition at the walk, but a flower is purchased, we will place a picture of a butterfly in your flower in recognition of your gift and support to the HEAL Program.

If you are not attending the Walk to Remember, pick up should be arranged at the AMC Foundation office by contacting Christine at CJPIROT@premierhealth.com.
Any flowers left behind at the end of the walk without plans prearranged for pick up will be planted in the HEAL garden.
