Participants will learn where coffee originated from, the different varietals of coffee, coffee orgins, the difference between commercial and specialty grade coffees, the lifecycle of coffee from seed-to-cup, processing types, roast profiles, flavor profiles, different types of decaffeinated coffees, etc.
