Mimosas & Mindfulness - the Ultimate Girls Morning: Gather your friends for a relaxing retreat designed to refresh body and mind. This experience for six begins with a private one hour restorative yoga session at Massage & Bodywork Studio, guided by a certified instructor and tailored for all levels to help you ground, relax and restore.

After yoga, each guest will enjoy a 30 minute chair massage along with soothing extras including meditative time with eye masks and tea as well as time to unwind in the steam sauna. Then continue the morning at Blackbird Espresso Bar & Bistro for a delicious brunch of quiche, parfaits and mimosas.

Perfect for a girls day out, birthday celebration, moms retreat or simply an excuse to slow down and reconnect. Must be scheduled before March 2027. Date will be coordinated with the CTK Spring Fling Committee based on availability.
