Your VIP Day in the Stakes Room

Set high above the track with sweeping panoramic views, the Stakes Room is where sophistication meets the thrill of race day. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm hospitality, attentive service, and an ambiance that blends the charm of Churchill's storied past with a modern, vibrant edge.

Savor a Chef's Table buffet, indulge in unlimited soft drinks, and enjoy access to private bars, dedicated restrooms, betting windows, and self-service wagering stations. Step out onto the balcony and take in spectacular views - from the sprawling racetrack below to the bustling paddock just beyond.

From the first break from the gate to the final push toward the wire, every moment is unforgettable.

Alcohol is not included.

A Race Named in Your Honor: A Moment Reserved for Legends

For one unforgettable day, your name becomes part of Churchill Downs history. A race on the day's card will be officially named in your honor - a privilege usually reserved for sponsors and insiders. Seeing your personalized race title printed in the official program is a thrill unlike any other.

You'll be escorted into the Paddock, where the tension is electric - jockeys tighten reins, trainers give final cues, and powerful thoroughbreds circle just feet away. Moments later, you'll stand trackside as the field breaks from the gate, hooves thundering past in a blur of color and adrenaline.

When the race is won, step into the iconic Winner's Circle to present the engraved trophy to the winning team. Cameras flash, cheers erupt, and you're part of the Churchill Downs story.

A duplicate trophy and professional Winner's Circle photo are yours to keep - timeless mementos of a moment few racing fans ever experience.

Your Louisville Stay
