Paul McCartney is an English singer, songwriter, musician, and composer, born on June 18, 1942, in Liverpool, England. He rose to fame as a founding member of The Beatles, one of the most influential bands in music history. Known for his melodic songwriting and versatility, he co-wrote many classic songs with John Lennon. After The Beatles disbanded, McCartney formed the band Wings and continued a successful solo career. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most successful musicians of all time.
