Enjoy a week on Balboa Island in our 2-bedroom 1 bath beach Bungalow. The master bedroom has an Olympic Queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, a full on the bottom and a queen couch in the family room. The house is 100 yards to the bay, 55 steps to the local bar and 100 steps to the best restaurant on the Island. The front patio is a great place to BBQ or just relax, enjoy the sunshine and the people walking by. It comes with 2 electric and 3 regular bikes. Take a walk or bike trip on the ferry to the peninsula and enjoy watching the body surfers at the wedge. You are very close to Fashion Island where there is great shopping and restaurants.
