Blue Ribbon Foundation Souvenir Auction

Since 1854 Fairgoers have purchased souvenirs of their trip to the great Iowa State Fair. The Blue Ribbon Foundation has offered souvenirs since 1993 to raise funds for renovations. This souvenir auction showcases some of these collectibles from lapel pins and ornaments to dolls, apparel and tickets. Several items are available for direct purchase, just add them to your cart.

Bidding Details:

This special souvenir auction will run Thursday, November 13 beginning at 10:00 a.m. (CST) to Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 8:00 p.m.

Bidding is only online through this website. To bid, you must register as a bidder and provide the required information on the form, including a valid credit card number.

All sales are final and are non-refundable. Souvenirs are sold as is. The Foundation provides no warranty or guarantee on any item.

A receipt will be emailed to you within 72 hours of the auction closing.

The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with any federal, state or local tax laws governing your purchase. We recommend consulting your tax professional.

Any item not picked up by December 5 will be considered a gift back to the Foundation unless other arrangements have been made. 

How to pick up your souvenir:

Pick up: Items can be picked up at the Blue Ribbon Foundation office on the Iowa State Fairgrounds starting on Tuesday, November 18. Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Items must be picked up by December 5, 2025. The Foundation office is located in the earth home on the Fairgrounds. This building is on E. 34th Street just north of the Fun Forest and MidAmerican Energy Stage. A map is located here..

Shipping: Items can be shipped directly to you. If you want your purchase(s) shipped, a shipping item will be added to your account.  The cost to ship is $8.00 for one piece and $1 for each additional piece. To add the cost of shipping to your purchase, add the "Shipping" Item to your cart. If you have additional pieces, select the "Additional Shipping" Item and add to your cart for the necessary number of extra items. **Please note some items will have additional shipping required because of size. Those are noted on descriptions.**

If the item you won is not picked up by Friday, December 5, or other arrangements have not been made with the Blue Ribbon Foundation, we will consider your item(s) to be a donation back to the Foundation and will use the unclaimed items in future events.

The Foundation reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time or change the item's description/listing.

Packages may be added or altered until the start of bidding at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

The Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. While donations to the Foundation are tax deductible, purchases of items of value are not fully tax deductible. The amount paid for an item over the fair market value may be considered a tax deductible contribution. Your emailed receipt will indicate the value of the package(s) you purchased.
