You can still participate in the auction! The Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation's Bid for Brotherhood (B4B) began in 1998 in Kansas City, Missouri. Conceived and first hosted by then Knight Commander James R. Estes, B4B brings alumni together for a meaningful fundraising event to support KA's valuable leadership and educational programs.
By providing a grant to the Order annually, the KAOEF assists in offsetting the cost to provide outstanding educational opportunities for KA's undergraduate members. The KAOEF's long-term goal is to offer all the Order's programs at zero cost to our undergraduate members.
As of last year, net income raised through B4B events totaled $694,000. Each auction event continues to grow and it is our hope that this 18th annual B4B, held on post at VMI, will be our best yet.
