Jeep Participation Details:

• $25 Registration Fee. Register your Jeep by WEDNESDAY, DEC 3
• Decorate your Jeep in the most elaborate lights and holiday decorations. Lights are required on all vehicles (lights must be illuminated by vehicle or battery power; no outside electricity is available). *No profanity, political displays, or adult/explicit themes allowed. Please no latex balloons (they are not safe for the animals).
• Registration includes 2 people per Jeep.
• Participating Jeeps may begin arriving at 3 pm on the day of the event (Dec. 6). All Jeeps must be in place and decorated by 4:30 pm. Your position throughout the park will be based on your arrival time.

Zoo Guidelines:

• Access to certain zoo exhibits will be limited due to nighttime hours.
• Respect all fences and boundaries. They are there for your safety and the safety of the animals.
• No glass is permitted on zoo grounds.
• No outside alcohol is permitted on zoo grounds.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is a smoke-free environment. No smoking, including e-cigarettes/vapes, is allowed on Zoo grounds.
• The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo reserves the right to request any offensive or non-family friendly materials be removed from your space.
• Disorderly conduct will result in your removal from the event. This includes trespassing into restricted areas, the feeding of animals, teasing or yelling at the animals, and dumping of liquids in a non-designated area.

Golf Cart Participation Details:

• $25 Registration Fee. Register your Golf Cart by WEDNESDAY, DEC 3
• Decorate your Golf Cart in the most elaborate lights and holiday decorations. Lights are required on all vehicles (lights must be illuminated by vehicle or battery power; no outside electricity is available). *No profanity, political displays, or adult/explicit themes allowed. Please no latex balloons (they are not safe for the animals).
• Registration includes 2 people per Golf Cart.
• Participating Golf Carts may begin arriving at 3 pm on the day of the event (Dec. 6). All Golf Carts must be in place and decorated by 4:30 pm. Your position in the golf cart display area will be based on your arrival time.

Local Artisan Vendor Registration

This vendor category is reserved for makers and artists who create and sell handcrafted, locally made products that reflect a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Items should be thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious, and made using natural, recycled, or upcycled materials whenever possible. Examples include handmade jewelry, art, home goods, skincare, textiles, and decor crafted with minimal environmental impact. *No profanity, political displays, or adult/explicit themes allowed.

• $50 Registration Fee. Register early - only 20 spaces available
• A local business license is necessary, and the collection of proper sales tax on the goods sold is the responsibility of the seller
• Vendor space will include:
  • 8 foot table (zoo provided)
  • 2 chairs (zoo provided)
  • No electricity available
  • All vendors will be under the covered event center space
