Lift For Life Gym's Emergency Food Fund has been established to purchase groceries to give directly to our kids and their families. We will also supply basic personal hygiene necessities. Every donation helps, please consider giving today.
Oct. 30th, 2025 - As the first ever lapse in funding of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is set for Nov. 1st, Lift for Life Gym has established an emergency plan to support the basic needs of our youth members and their families. As our van drivers take each child home Monday evening, we will be delivering a bag of food and essentials for each family to help them through the week. The groceries will be distributed based on family size, etc.
We've established an emergency fund to directly accept donations for this effort. We always allocate a modest emergency fund to assist a family through a particular hardship. This time, the hardship is widespread and we are asking for your help in supporting our Lift for Life Gym families. Your generosity will put groceries directly in their homes and together we will be delivering reassurances to our families in these uncertain times.
In the event that the situation is quickly resolved, funds collected will be used to establish and stock an essentials pantry and to support families in need during the holidays. Thank you for your generosity.
