Make your own glass art pendant at Pottery By You on 86th Street with our fantastic middle school art teacher, Mrs. Grade, and the beloved Ms. Maria Fulton. Young artists will design and assemble a one-of-a-kind fused glass pendant in a fun, encouraging studio setting. The finished pendant comes with a cord for wearing and will be delivered to the artists within two weeks after the workshop. After crafting their wearable masterpiece, participants will enjoy light snacks and time to celebrate their creativity together. This hands-on workshop is open to up to six children, ages first grade and up, making it a perfect small-group art experience. We can't wait to fuse glass with you!
Get an access pass to the school's tech world. As Tech Wizard for a Day, your student will go behind the scenes, see how real school technology runs, have lunch with the tech department, help with tech tasks, and experience what it's like to be the go-to tech expert. This hands-on experience is perfect for curious, tech-savvy students who want to see & experience the behind-the-scenes for Sycamore Tech Support.
Join Mrs. Noneman for a one-on-one 3D printing session. The lucky student will have a choice of files to choose from and will control the printer by using the computer to load the file, scale the file, slice the file to load the G-code, and then watch as their design choice prints and comes to life! Open to any LS or MS student and a friend.
This experience is open to a Middle School student and eight of their friends OR an adult and eight of their friends: it's up to you! You will join Nurse Lori for a hands-on floral arranging class at Oberer's Flowers. Guided by the experts, you'll learn the art of designing beautiful arrangements while exploring their creativity. It's a fun, interactive experience filled with flowers, laughter, and memories they'll take home along with their creations!
One winner and up to four of his/her friends will join Mr. Fitzsimmons for a Saturday board game tournament at Hitherto Gaming in Greenfield. The time commitment can be anywhere from 4 to 6 hours; Mr. Fitzsimmons will leave it up to the winning student and family's discretion. The date, time, and game rotation will be determined by Mr. Fitzsimmons and the participating students/families after the auction is complete. Transportation must be provided by one of the participating families. Must be completed by end of May 2026.
Calling all cat lovers! Get ready for the ultimate furry playdate. The lucky winner (and a friend, if desired) will join Kim Papp for an hour of cuddles, play, and purrs at Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe. After we've made plenty of feline friends, we will head to the onsite cafe to enjoy a delicious snack and a drink. It's going to be a paw-some time! This outing will be scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon Saturday or Sunday. Parents will transport child(ren) to and from Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe in Fishers. Open to any age. A waiver is required for all participants and can be signed on the day of the outing.
