Amish table runner / wall hanging with a thimble-like pattern and a mix of brown & blue colors. Hand quilted by a quilter who lives in northern Indiana - famous for their Amish and/or Mennonite quilts.

Landscape painting by Claude Muncaster circa 1920. This painting was completed while Muncaster was at sea and experiencing a period of loneliness.

Munster's work was recognized by Queen Elizabeth who asked him to do a series of water colors of the royal residences at Windsor, Sandringham and Balmoral. He became a favorite of the royal family and was a guest at the royal palace at Sandringham.

Flora & Felines, a pieced collage quilt by Emily Taylor Design. Handmade by longtime Pasadena Humane volunteer, Mary Townsend in 2026.

Freehand cut pieces of fabric placed onto cat pattern. Different tones of fabric used to try and recreate different tones of the cat. After four quilt blocks are completed, they are sandwiches around batting and completed by various quilting techniques such as ruler, straight stitch, and free motion quilting. Over 30 hours of work went into this piece!

"Unbreakable Spirit" oil painting of our very own Timmy, who was brought into the shelter after a tragic accident.

Timmy was brought to our ICU, where our team acted fast to treat his injuries. An examination found that Timmy had suffered from broken ribs, puncture wounds, and a spinal injury which left him unable to use his hind legs. Timmy is now in good health and high spirits, and has been adopted by our very own Adoptions Care Associate!

Gilda Fathi, is a self-taught artist, typically inspired while on mountain trails, beaches, and her cross-country road trips with her four legged children. When Gilda saw Timmy's story, she was inspired by his unbelievable resilience, tenacity, and sheer will to survive despite what had happened to him. She says animals are great teachers in that regard, and was moved to paint this portrait that embodies his adorable, resilient spirit.

The painting is 8"x10" framed.

Limited signed and numbered large serigraph entitled "Mourning Doves". The detail in the birds in flight show why the artist, John Ruthven, is sometimes called the modern day Audubon.

John Ruthven became famous for paintings and Serigraphs and he received the National Medal of Arts award in 1980. His work has been exhibited in the Smithson Institute and Collections around the world.
