About Red Dress Gala

We are excited to host the Red Dress Gala in support of the Alpha Phi Foundation and the American Heart Association. This cherished Alpha Phi tradition is held annually at UCLA, bringing together our community for a meaningful cause. Proceeds from auction items, ticket sales, and donations will all contribute directly to these important organizations.

Our Success

Last year, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised over $30,000 - and this year, we hope to triple that amount to further our impact and spread even more awareness about women's heart health.

The Alpha Phi Foundation

The Alpha Phi Foundation channels the donations we raise to fund the annual Heart to Heart Grant, a prestigious award that grants $100,000 to medical professionals dedicated to advancing the understanding of heart disease in women. This grant specifically focuses on identifying symptoms, improving treatment, and enhancing prevention strategies for women's cardiovascular health. Since its inception in 1993, the Heart to Heart Grant has supported over 30 groundbreaking projects, each aimed at improving the quality of care for women facing heart disease. By investing in this critical research, the Alpha Phi Foundation plays a vital role in transforming women's heart health and fostering innovations that will save lives for generations to come.
