SCLA Annual Gala

Welcome to the SCLA Gala! 

Thank you for standing with our students. Your support changes lives today and for generations to come.

Last year, the gala raised more than $50,000 for tuition assistance, helping ensure that more students can experience an SCLA education.  Additionally, a portion of last year's funds supported Faculty & Staff Wish List items. 

Every bid, gift, and moment of generosity directly bridges the gap between cost and opportunity-turning one night of giving into a year (and lifetime) of impact for SCLA students.

$100 Early-bird tickets from February 1 through February 28, 2026
$125 Regular tickets on sale March 1, 2026

• Live Auction participation
• Student speaker, guest speakers, and faculty emcee

Mobile Bidding

Bring your own smartphone or tablet to make an online donation or place bids during the silent auction.

Sponsorship

Event sponsors cover necessary expenses for our events, allowing more of the guests' dollars to go directly to SCLA students.  For information on sponsorship opportunities, scroll down to the bottom of this page to view opportunities.  Please contact Dennis at 651-455-1521 or [email protected] to arrange sponsorships.  

Donations

This event wouldn't be possible without the support of SCLA's friends, who donate numerous items for our silent and live auctions. Help us make this event extraordinary with a unique donation to the live or silent auction. If your family has a timeshare, season tickets, or special access to events or experiences, especially behind-the-scenes tours or VIP experiences, we would love to include those in the auction.  Reach out to Carmen at [email protected] or call 651-455-1521 to donate.  

You can also donate cash to purchase auction items or cover event expenses. Need ideas of what to donate? We have a Wish List! 

Volunteer 

Many volunteers are needed for the night of the Gala in various positions, including registration, mobile bidding assistants, game hosts, live auction bid spotters, check-out, clean-up, and more. Reach out to Kristin at 651-455-1521 to volunteer.  

Attire

Typical gala attendees wear long or spring dresses or suit coats and ties. Feel free to make it a fancy night out or be more casual. We love to see attendees have some fun and dress for the theme - in this case, museum-themed outfits - but it's certainly not expected.

Parking

Parking is free at St. Croix Lutheran Academy.
