Dream by the Sea is located in Santa Rosa along Highway 30A. This stay is 7 nights, and condo sleeps up to 24 people with 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and 1 half bath. Perfect for large group getaways, families, reunions, girls weekend etc. Included is heated private pool and hot tub. It is a 8 minute walk to beach but has balconies with gulf views. Enjoy the outside with covered patios and outdoor kitchen. Inside has 3 wet bars with ice maker and wine chillers, full size laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen.

Winner of this item will coordinate with the donor for a mutually agreed upon time and date of use of house. One week stay, Saturday through Saturday, available to be used between Jan 3, 2026 - March 7, 2026. Cleaning fee and pool fee is included.
