She is a nymph with a cochlear implant. I don't often see those with differences from the norm represented. I love fantasy, and I want to show that anyone can be anything. I want to show the deaf and those who are different that they can be mythical, fantastical, and unique in the absolute best way possible.

"Robin Williams"
When people I care about die, I draw them, it's part of my mourning process. Robin Williams was a key part of my childhood, he showed the world how to laugh and find joy, even though he suffered with depression. Drawing him represents we all go through rough times and no one is impervious to them, however being able to make someone smile and serve others in our darkest days can be the sweetest treasure of all. I'm going to leave it incomplete, because the impact that Robin Williams left, like the impact each of us leaves on the world, is never finished.
