This auction and sale of items benefit the Springfield Museums. All property is sold “as is” and neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any warranty or representations. All sales are final at the close of the silent auction and no refunds will be made. 

All items must be paid for in full on the day of the sale. Items cannot be shipped, and arrangements for pickup within one week must be made by contacting development@springfieldmuseums.org. Bidding on any article indicates acceptance of these terms and any other terms that may be announced at the time of sale.
