In 2017, a serious farm accident changed Seeing Eye graduate Kati Rhea's life but not her attitude. Left nearly completely blind, the former Lexington police officer took what some would see as a life ending tragedy and turned it into a business-Blind Design Woodworking. Today, Kati creates beautiful custom tables, signs, benches, cutting boards and more from a shop on her farm in central Kentucky where she lives with her husband Todd, and German Shepherd Seeing Eye dog Kail.
