Demystify the art of sourdough with Royalmont mom and artisan sourdough baker, Helen Lee, owner of Plum House Breads, a local microbakery dedicated to baking naturally leavened breads and treats.

The winner of this package receives a sourdough baking kit and a Sourdough workshop in his or her home up to 9 additional friends with Helen!

Participants will learn how to:

• Feed and maintain a sourdough starter
• Weigh ingredients and mix dough
• Stretch and fold for gluten strength
• Shape dough and score loaf
• Build confidence to bake your own sourdough at home!

Each participant will take home a loaf of bread and one to bake.
