Enjoy a Saturday morning trip to the Academy of Natural Sciences followed by brunch at the Terrace at Giant with Ms. Cherise, Ms. Alexis and Ms. Liz. Your child may choose to invite a GTMS friend along for the fun.

A Trip to the Zoo with the Buckeye Team

Your child and one friend will enjoy a trip to the Zoo with the Buckeye team!

Picnic at Sister Cities Park

The Crescent Team will provide light snacks and drinks on a blanket for the winner to enjoy for 2 hours. Maybe even splash around in the sprinkler! The winner may pick a classroom friend to bring if they want.

Band Practice!

Inspired by the book This Jazz Man and our Auction Project, one child will have the opportunity to bring two friends along for a fun and memorable experience! Together, they'll enjoy hands-on band practice with instruments, followed by a special snack time to rejuvenate their bodies.

Date Options: May 18th (Monday) or May 21st (Thursday), from 3:15-4:30pm

A special Trip to the Philadelphia Zoo for one child and a friend, accompanied by Ms. Veny, Ms. Divya, and Ms. Desiree.

This experience includes lunch and a souvenir. The date will be coordinated between the parent and teachers at a mutually convenient time.

Teachers' Helper, Lunch, & a Craft!

During the next Professional Development day, your child will work with Ms. Anne and Ms. Cara for the morning helping to put together new, beautiful work for the shelves, focusing on practical life and art materials.

Then your child will go out to lunch with Ms. Cara and Ms. Anne afterwards, and then take home a special craft or project.

Trip to the Franklin Institute

Join Mr. Patrick & Ms Buonadonna for a science-filled morning at The Franklin Institute! Your child may bring a classmate as they explore legendary exhibits-think giant heart, space command center, and more!

"Sleepunder" at School!

Join the whole Holly team for a "Sleepunder!"

We will kick things off at 6:00 with pizza and pillow fort making!

We will settle in for your child's movie of choice, and enjoy some ice cream sundaes!

This night is special for all involved, we look forward to making memories with your child and four GTMS friends!

Brunch on the Playdeck!

Join the Holly team in making waffles, yogurt parfaits, juice, biscuits, and eggs on a weekend morning at GTMS. We will assemble a brunch buffet, set up a picnic on the roof, play, and make crafts!

"Sleepover Party"

Get ready for the ultimate night of fun - at school! Your child and up to 4 friends will join their Magnolia teachers for an unforgettable sleepover filled with games, crafts, stories, snacks, and maybe even a dance party in the gym! Pajamas, sleeping bags, and laughter required.

This magical night offers students a chance to experience school like never before - after hours, with their amazing teachers leading the fun!

What's included: we will have pizza, popcorn, and sundaes and watch a movie together.

Birding at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge

Join the Magnolia Team for a birding walk at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge. We will borrow binoculars and provide lunch. Please wear walking shoes, comfortable clothes, and pack a water bottle!

Maple Wissahickon Wander

Your child and one friend will wander the Wissahickon with Mrs. Brown and Ms. Rosie Scott-Benson. Enjoy a peaceful and playful walk through the beautiful Wissahickon Valley. Explore the trails, take in the sights and sounds of nature, and enjoy a special outdoor snack along the way.

It's the perfect chance to slow down, get curious, and connect with the great outdoors-teacher-style!

Music with Mr Och

Your child will have a music lesson with Mr. Och, and then will join Teacher Shelby and the winner of her outing to enjoy a homemade treat prepared by Ms. Gabby and the winner of her outing.

Sewing with Teacher Shelby

Your child will create a fun hands-on sewing project with Shelby. A creative experience they'll be proud of!

The session wraps up with a special shared treat with Mr. Och, Ms. Gabby, and the winners of their outings.

Cooking with Ms. Gabby

Your child will cook up something delicious in the kitchen with Gabby. A tasty, one-of-a-kind experience! The session wraps up with a special shared treat with Mr. Och, Teacher Shelby, and the winners of their outings.
