Item Donation Form

Use this form if you are interested in donating items for sale on our Mattatuck Item page that would be for sale or bid. All proceeds will benefit Camp Mattatuck. Be sure to put the Fair Market Value. You will receive a receipt for tax deduction purposes.
Not all items can be accepted. You will get a notification if and when your item is accepted.
