Louise Forlenza is an accomplished financial executive and independent director with deep expertise in corporate governance, audit, and strategic advisory. Louise sat on the board of The Acting Company which was founded by John Houseman and Margot Harley.
Louise has served as an independent director of Innodata Inc. (NASDAQ: INOD) since 2002, chairing its audit committee and serving on compensation and nominating/governance committees. She also sits on the board of NED Biosystems, a clinical-stage biotech firm, and previously chaired the audit committee of The Acting Company.
Founder of LC Forlenza Advisory Services since 1987, Louise provides strategic and financial consulting to over 250 global clients across diverse industries. She also served as CFO/COO of Selby Transportation Corporation, guiding its expansion and sale to private equity in 2021, and continues as consultant to its successor firms.
A CPA, Louise holds a BBA in Accounting from lona University and a Certificate in Forensic Accounting from NYU, with executive training in corporate governance at Harvard Business School and Wharton.
