Shelly is dancing not only to honor her late brother Billy whos' favorite charity was Tunnel to Towers, and her adopted son, Kevin, a Navy Private, but to show all woman over 60 the world is your stage! Accomplished Trial lawyer for 36 years by trade but a single mother of two remarkable children by choice. No stranger to a challenge, Shelly was featured in Bravo's Below Deck season 5, as the primary where she showcased her infamous split. Self-proclaimed 80's dancing queen her motto is "Start every day with a thank you to our Lord and your happy dance!! These are shortcuts to happiness and dancing is one of them! Shelly was born in the small rural town of Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Following her graduation, cum laude, from WVU with a Double major in Journalism and Political Science, she attended Duquense Law School, graduating Order of the barristers and attaining distinguished best advocate (The first female) in the Moot Court Competition. An accomplished Trial Lawyer for 35 years, she now serves as counsel and VP of the family aggregate and asphalt business! Shelly is a passionate philanthropist, having founded WIW (Women Inspiring Women) a PA-Non-Profit that raises funds and awareness benefitting Victims of crime and domestic violence. She serves as a board member of WV for Life and is an avid supporter of the arts, specifically PSO and the Opera.
